Located off GA 400 in North Fulton County, Avensong provides residents with an easy commute to metro Atlanta without sacrificing the amenities and affordability of living just outside the perimeter. The Avensong community was developed in 1995 and by the beginning of 1998, was the #2 selling subdivision in all of Atlanta . Much of the neighborhood’s popularity can be attributed to the playground, volleyball courts, clubhouse, tennis courts and Olympic-sized swimming pool available to residents through the Avensong Homeowners Association. Membership is mandatory for Avensong residents.

This sidewalked neighborhood community is actually comprised of three distinct subdivisions: the Carriage, the Village and Avencroft. Public schools include Manning Oaks Elementary, Northwestern Middle School, Hopewell Middle School, Alpharetta High School and Milton High School. Milton was named a top All-Around School by Atlanta Magazine in 2005.
